1- List names and grades of all students who have joined our music instrumental program.
A) Huber Concert Band: the concert band meets three times a week and also performs in two concerts, the total number of students are 70 from 5th and 6th grade only.
B) Training Band: the training band meets once a week and performs in the Spring Concert, and other invited events, the total number of students is 65 from 4th grade and few from 5th and 6th grade also.
C) Huber Rock Band: the Huber rock band meets once a week and performs in the Spring Concert, and other invited events, the total number of students is 20 from 6th grade only.
2- Describe my goals and objectives of the instrumental music program.
My goals for the Elementary Instrumental Music Department are to expose our students to many different styles of music through different performance and many rehearsals on an instrument.
These goals are met through practice and performance in our Training, Concert and Rock Bands.
Enrollment is at an all time high and shows signs of growing even more in the future. Attendance at all rehearsals and performances is excellent, and the kids seem to thoroughly enjoy coming and playing in the bands.
