THIS COURSE IS OPEN TO COUPLES ONLY!  Basic steps for fox trot, waltz, cha-cha, and rumba will be taught.  Special attention will be given to the novice dancer to improve lead, follow, and presentation.  Advanced steps will be taught according to ability of students.  Come and have fun and low-impact exercise.

Salsa is the hot, hot, hottest of the Latin American dances!  The partnering techniques and skills you learn will make you a dancer that everyone will enjoy dancing with.  You will be a delight for others to watch with your newly learned styling, patterns and footwork.  Couples and singles are welcome to attend.  This class will teach the basic steps and styling.  Wear comfortable shoes.

This will get you moving gracefully across the floor.  This ancient form of dance will bring out the dancing in you!  The class will begin with body isolations, followed by work on movements and choreography.

Come and join our abstract atmosphere, imitating the contemporary dances that we have all watched on "So You Think You Can Dance."  There is a unique mix of energy and creativity while your body stretches and moves to all the exhilarating possibilities that dance offers.

CLASS BEGINS FEBRUARY 25, 2008

This course teaches both the novice and experienced boater about boating safety.  Included in the course is instruction on: boater's language, boat handling, legal requirements, aids to navigation, coastal piloting, marlin spike (knot-tying), radio, telephone, weather forecasting and marine engines.  Upon completion of the course, students will be awarded a certificate from the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary.  Family participation is encouraged.  This course qualifies for the Jet Ski Certificate.

507         TENNIS

CLASS BEGINS MARCH 6, 2008
Fundamentals of tennis will be taught, including grips and strokes. Bring racquet plus one can of tennis balls.  High School courts will be used when available.

TUESDAYS - 8 CLASSES                                                                     

7 - 9 PM                 $80

CLASS BEGINS MARCH 10, 2008

This course teaches the basics of golf including proper stance, correct swing, and follow through.  The first night of class will be classroom instruction.  The second and third nights will be held in the high school gym with the remaining classes held at the Bogota Driving Range, Bogota, NJ.  Bring two irons and wood golf clubs.  Classes (held at the driving range) are weather permitting.  Golf Balls will be purchased by students on site.
