C-1S*     BABYSITTER TRAINING COURSE – (MUST BE AT LEAST 11 YEARS OLD)

This class prepares youth with the training every parent wants in a babysitter.  Including safety, basic childcare, safe play, first aid & critical emergency action skills.  You must attend all classes to be given a certificate of completion.

Now you can reduce your insurance premiums, reduce your violation points and/or save your driver’s license from possible suspension, while learning life-saving defensive driving techniques.  A-1 Peck Driving School offers the state approved 6 hour Point and Insurance Reduction Course that will reduce your violation record by 2 points.  You will also be entitled to a minimum 5% off your insurance for 3 years.  The course fee includes a workbook and certificate.  Please bring a pen or pencil to class.

C-3S*     BOATING SKILLS AND SEAMANSHIP 
MONDAYS & THURSDAYS - 4 classes / 2 wks             7:30 - 9:30 PM                      $70
MARCH 9^TH & 12^TH, MARCH 16^TH & 19^TH
This course teaches both the novice and experienced boater about boating safety.  Included in the course is instruction on: boater's language, boat handling, legal requirements, aids to navigation, coastal piloting, marlin spike (knot-tying), radio, telephone, weather forecasting and marine engines.  Upon completion of the course, students will be awarded a certificate from the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary.  Family participation is encouraged.  This course qualifies for the Jet Ski Certificate.INSTRUCTOR: Flotilla 10-02  - U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary                        ROOM 106
