Getting Technical Support

If you experience a technical issue with your Chromebook the following procedure should be followed: 
1. Login to your school issued google account and send an email to 

Subject Line of email: Red Asset Sticker Number and description of issue

Body of email: A detailed description of issue

2. If your chromebook has been  Damaged (cracked screen, etc) an insurance claim must also be filed in addition to completing step #1 by going to
3. Drop off your chromebook to IT office after your email is sent, until till 12pm or after school 
4. A Loaner will be issued and checked out by IT  
5. You will be notified via email when your chromebook is repaired and when you can come collect it.
