When you access our Help Desk portal, your first stop is the Knowledge Base. The Knowledge Base contains answers for common questions and issues. It may be your fastest route to a solution and may help avoid or remedy a recurring problem.
If the Knowledge Base doesn't address your question or you have a physical problem with hardware or the network, or you have a special request, click the green Submit a Ticket button.
We will respond to you as soon as possible, but please know that we will always respond to tickets in the order of importance (impact on the district), then in order of submission.
To ensure that your request doesn't slip through the cracks, please ALWAYS submit a ticket.
