Benefits - Open Enrollment

It's that time again!  The SEHBP Open Enrollment Period takes place from October 1, 2024 - October 31, 2024.    

 

The Virtual Benefits Fair opened on October 1, 2024.  You can view the Open Enrollment Information by logging into mynjbenefitshub.nj.gov.  Members should have received a postcard mailing with details.

 

Attached is the following:

  1. 2025 Open Enrollment Information 
  2. BeneCard Enrollment/Change Form
  3. Delta Dental Enrollment/Change Form 
  4. NJ Direct 10 Buy Up Rates
  5. Waiver of Benefits Form
  6. SEHBP Member Guidebook

Employees enrolled in the NJ Direct 10 or NJ Direct 15 have the opportunity to change their BeneCard prescription plan at this time.  Employees enrolled in the NJ Direct 10 Plan have to Buy Up to that plan.

 

If you are waiving your benefits, you will need to enter your election to Waive your Benefits in BenefitSolver.  The Waiver of Benefits form must be filled out annually and sent back to HR along with a copy of the front and back of your insurance card, no later than October 31, 2024.
