in this video will explain how to use the health check app if you have install the health check app on a smartphone open the health check app if you're using a computer or tablet open your browser and visit love you. Sboe.org and click the help check in but whether you are using the healthchek app on your computer tablet or smartphone the experience is the same what's the app open enter the students ID which is also the students lunch pin you will see a green check mark in the students initials if the student is experiencing any symptoms touch each of the icons that apply otherwise continuous scrolling what's at the bottom of the page select yes or no for the two questions about covid-19 when finished click the submit button a notification will appear with confirmation that the form has been submitted as well as the students eligibility status when finished click the close button what's the survey has been submitted it cannot be changed the student's eligibility must be checked on Entry to the school district determines either from a students or parents smartphone or presenting staff with a QR card which each student will receive on their first day at school eligibility can be revealed on a smartphone at any time during the day by opening the app and entering the students ID or lunch pin
