Karly Stepper is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and earned her Master of Arts degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Caldwell University. She received her Bachelor's of Science degree in Speech Language Pathology from Bloomsburg University. Karly has been working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities for 5 years using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Karly gained clinical experience at Caldwell University’s Center for Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis where she developed skills as a practicum student working with children from 3-16 years old diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. Karly has provided services in home-based therapy ABA programs as well as the public school setting. She has experience conducting assessments including functional analyses', developing ABA skill acquisition programming, conducting staff training, and implementing behavior management interventions individualized to students specific needs. Karly is dedicated to support the educational and behavioral needs of the students of Secaucus.
Occupational Therapy
Ms. Scudillo’s love for the field of pediatrics began while completing her first fieldwork experience at a private school placement. Upon graduating, Ms. Scudillo’s focus has remained on supporting students, teachers and families in school based settings.
Ms. Scudillo continues to participate on the Rutgers OTA academic advisory board, interviewing and assessing potential students for their acceptance into the program.
Physical Therapy
Dara Hochstadter, owner of Fun Fit Therapy, is a New Jersey licensed Physical Therapist who graduated from Long Island University with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy. She has been practicing pediatric and school based Physical Therapy for over 25 years. Mrs. Hochstadter specializes in evaluating and treating children between the ages of 3-21 in school districts throughout New Jersey. Mrs. Hochstadter focuses on a team approach to develop individualized programs to best meet the needs of the student.
